Here's some more you can add to your list: Asparagus Beetroot Bok choy broccoli leaves are very high in Vitamin A Capsicums, all colours (red is higher in vitamin A) carrot tops Cauliflower Chilli Citrus Fruits (mandarin, orange lemon, lime etc) Coconut Cos Lettuce Curly Lettuce Custard Apple Figs Guava Kale Lime, lemon or orange (rind or squirt of these juices) Lychee Mangosteen Nashi pear Passion fruit Paw paw & seeds Pepitas Persimmons Plums, apricot, peaches (when in season & pips removed) Pomegranates Star fruit (seeded) Radish (can be grated to release anti oxidants) Red giant mustard greens red mignonette lettuce Red mizuna Silver beet Snow peas or snap peas Spinach (VERY sparingly) Starfruit Tomato Turnips (can be grated to release anti oxidants) Watermelon (no seeds) Zucchini Herbs: eclectusparrots.net/herbs.htmlEdible flowers: eclectusparrots.net/flowers.html
